Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Attached to Private Wealth Department
  • Process incoming and outgoing remittance (includes SWIFT authorization)
  • Process Fund Transfers (branch account funding, PB to RB, RB to PB, internal transfer, BP to BP transfer, etc)
  • Money Market/Fixed Deposits (placements, maturity/redemption, pre-termination)
  • Process Foreign Exchange (FX) trades (spot and forward)
  • Process Structured Deposit (buy, sell, interest payment, early redemption and redemption)
  • Process Dual Currency Investment (DCI) – new trade and fixing
  • Process FX derivatives (FX option, FX ACDC, Swaps, etc)
  • End-of-day check to ensure all transactions were processed and no pending order in the orderbook
  • Do reconciliation against other systems such as ARTS and FINIQ to ensure all executed trades were also processed in Avaloq
  • To adhere with the processes and controls that are in place

Job Requirements


  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant cash management/Treasury experience in a bank
  • Diploma/Degree & above or equivalent
