Responsibilities

  • Strategic Programme and Project Management : Develop, administer, and track ICT manpower development programmes and projects.

  • Empowerment through Engagement : Manage public feedback and appeals for the prestigious TeSA Programmes, while engaging with industry partners, government agencies, and training providers to create impactful job placement opportunities for Singaporeans.

  • Nurturing Talent and Driving Success : Collaborate with leading companies to recruit and onboard new trainees, ensuring integration and success.

  • Dynamic Growth and Development : As part of the larger Human Capital Cluster, you’ll have the chance to take on diverse and stimulating projects, providing invaluable exposure to different facets of work.

Requirements

  • Background in Business, Tech, or HR related disciplines.

  • At least 3-5 years’ working experience in industry engagement, manpower development, and programme management.

  • Strong ability to write and engage with stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under minimal supervision.

  • A strong grasp of the ICT sector is preferred for this role.

  • Experience in civil/public service would be an advantage.

Position offered will be commensurate with experience.
