We’re looking to add a Executive, Finance (Accounts)

in Singapore.


The position will be based in our corporate office at Ang Mo Kio.

As a Executive, Finance (Accounts), you will:

  • Perform / Assist in monthly closing to ensure that it is submitted within the stipulated timeline.
  • Perform day-to-day accounting transactions including payment processing, billings etc.
  • Perform/ Assist in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting.
  • Perform monthly cashflow projection.
  • Perform / Assist in credit review.
  • Liaise with other regions finance team.
  • Assist in consolidation process.
  • Provide analysis on all financial numbers to facilitate decision-making process.
  • Perform quarterly GST return for submission to tax authority.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
  • Prepare financial statement and tax computation.
  • Involve in adhoc projects as and when necessary.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

  • Minimum Diploma / LCCI or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Assign duties to Accounts assistant
  • Review and seek clarification from the respective departments on revenue, expenses, accruals, inventory status, etc.
  • At least 3 years' relevant working experience, preferably from an accounting firm, or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in SAP referred.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Good written and spoken English and a second language.
  • Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels.
  • Meticulous and resourceful, with initiative and excellent motivational skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
