[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contract position as an Executive, Finance in the Finance Office.

[What you will be working on]

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • You will provide procurement administration in the Procurement section including the calling of Quotations and Tenders
  • Provide procurement advice to departments/schools
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

[What we are looking for]

  • Proficiency in the use of IT Software (eg Excel and Word)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good Team player
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement and experience using *GeBIZ would be an advantage

* GeBIZ is the Government e-business platform for Procurement
