Senior/ Enforcement Inspector, Tobacco Regulation Branch

As part of the team, your key duties and responsibilities include:
i. Overseeing training and work quality standards of Investigation Officers
ii. Managing contractors handling outsourced work
iii. Performing data entry and file management work
iv. Planning and successfully executing work process improvement and digitalisation projects
v. Performing other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
i. Minimum 3 years of field enforcement and investigation experience preferred
ii. Well organized, resourceful, and meticulous
iii. Be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
iv. Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders
v. Good communications (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
