Assistant Manager/Manager, Healthy Ageing Programmes

You will be a part of HPB’s Healthy Ageing Division, which strives to help seniors aged 50 years and over to improve and maintain their functional ability through healthy lifestyle practices and increase the quality and years of healthy life. The division is responsible for driving strategies, developing, implementing and reviewing programmes, including “Live Well, Age Well”, which was launched in 2022, in support of the Government’s Action Plan for Successful Ageing, to keep seniors active, engaged and productive.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTAs a key member of the Healthy Ageing Programmes, you will work in a fast-paced environment, alongside a team of dynamic individuals to translate evidence-based healthy ageing strategies into scalable programmes and initiatives to encourage seniors to stay healthy and active.
More specifically, you will be part of the team responsible for introducing a new digital programme on Healthy 365 (H365) app for seniors to provide an alternative platform and encourage them to adopt healthy behaviours via self-directed resources. This includes working with the cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and conduct user testing to identify and resolve any issues and optimise user experience before the launch. You will also be responsible for developing the exercise curriculum for the digital programme with input from technical experts and working closely with the cross-functional team to produce the exercise videos to be hosted on H365.
Lastly, you will also be given opportunity to be involved in our onground programme, specifically to support the implementation of the capability building framework to improve the quality of our trainers for efficient and quality programme delivery.

Good programme management and vendor management skills.
Excellent inter-personal skills and emotional intelligence to manage internal and external stakeholder.
Good analytical skills and attentiveness to details
Ability to communicate effectively with verbal, written and presentation skills to present ideas and concepts
Experience in digital product development will be an advantage.
In addition, having relevant qualifications or experience preferably in sports science or other health-related disciplines will be an added advantage.
