Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a prominent and global player in the business services industry. There is now a need for the business to hire an experienced treasury professional to be part of their finance team as a Senior Treasury Accountant.


Responsibilities:


  • Cash Flow management of updating bank balances, placement of fixed deposits, fund disbursement within the Group, and FX transactions.
  • Intercompany loan management, monitoring of the rollover and interest settlements, interest capitalisation, recording of transactions and preparation of loan schedules.
  • To monitor and manage the payment process and work closely with the payment team to monitor bank charges, tracking of receipts, and payment variance.
  • Lead or assist in projects and system migration.
  • Lead or assist with capital structuring matters.
  • Administration of electronic banking system by updating bank signatories and users.
  • Liaise with banks for transaction inquiries, updating LOA, updating call back list and inquiry, account opening, KYCs, and other bank-related matters.
  • Monitor and update bank reconciliation schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with Treasury policies & SOPs and any other duties and projects as assigned from time to time


Requirements:


  • Education: Degree (pos. Economics, Law, Finance, Banking)
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant treasury working experience
  • Knowledge & experience in currency, Interest rate swap, money and debt capital markets, loan documentation and financial analysis
  • Extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analysis
  • Experience of Bloomberg & Reuter a plus
  • Analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • SAP System
  • Microsoft Office Applications
