We are seeking an Analyst, Treasury Operations to join our dynamic global Treasury Team in Singapore.

The team oversees cash and liquidity management, financial risk management, operations and compliance, treasury accounting, and various ad hoc treasury projects.

About the role

As part of the Treasury Operations team, the analyst will report to a senior team member and play a key role in supporting global Treasury operations.

Key activities include managing global bank relationships, cash and liquidity, foreign exchange and commodity risk, Treasury policy compliance, and Treasury accounting. The focus lies on overseeing the Group's Treasury companies responsible for funding, liquidity, cash and FX management across Dyson worldwide. Additionally, the team manages cross-functional projects for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will contribute value by identifying and solving challenges within Treasury Operations and the broader Global Finance Operations.

Responsibilities

- Ensure high standards in cash and bank account management, internal funding, FX risk management, treasury accounting, and compliance according to Dyson Treasury policy.

  • Foreign Exchange Risk Management: Execute FX transactions accurately and on time, in line with Dyson's policy.
  • Liquidity Management: Propose borrowing and investment actions to maintain optimal liquidity.
  • Reporting and compliance: Ensure accuracy of all FX and liquidity management transactions.
  • Framework and controls: Document Treasury processes, support process improvements.
  • Assist with regular and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Experience/technical skills

  • Minimum undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Banking.
  • 2-3 years' relevant experience in a multinational company.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Experience with TMS, trading platforms, and investment platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
