Job Description

  • Facilitate end-to-end operations of onboarding, e-voucher programme, Marketplace and other marketing activities, including digital and online platforms.
  • Support the development and maintenance of app to work closely with lead department and vendor to ensure the smooth functioning of the programme.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and efficient resolution of their issues.
  • Assist in simple system testing (UAT) of the app and respective portals to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues and performance bottlenecks and facilitate deployment.
  • Handle administrative tasks including compiling and submitting monthly reports promptly, e-voucher reconciliation etc.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

  • Prior experience in UAT is preferred
  • able to start on the 1st september
