We are looking for a dynamic candidate to join Singapore Science Centre Global as Finance and Administration Officer.

Essential Job Functions
The Finance and Administration Officer will be responsible to support the general operations of the company, as follows:
• Full sets of company’s account
• Bookkeeping of company transactions
• Conducting monthly bank reconciliation
• Disbursing Officer
• Sales Invoicing & Recording
• Preparation of monthly Cashflow and Cash Positions.
• Preparation for the Year Budget.
• Reconciliation of accounts receivable & accounts payable
• Submission & Computation of quarterly GST
• Monthly Preparation of financial reports.
• Monthly Preparation of accounts Schedules.
• Preparation of monthly performance Analysis & Reports.
• Liaising with Corporate Secretariat for ACRA requirements.
• Liaising with Auditors.
• Inventory Monitoring & Control.
• Liaise with Taxation Service Agent for Corporate Income Tax purposes.
• Administrator for Xero Online accounting.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a finance function. He/she must have strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.  He/she needs to be meticulous and work under pressure to meet deadlines from time to time.

The candidate must be an independent self-starter with the ability to work under minimum supervision. He/she should also possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to adapt easily to rapidly changing environments.
