Job Description:


Little Jars is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Administration Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales orders, overseeing the delivery process, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle all customer inquiries and sales orders promptly and professionally in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and accuracy are paramount.
  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery process of orders, ensuring timely arrangements and no delays in delivery.
  • Process and issue invoices and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Undertake additional administrative duties as necessary, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end delivery processes and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Genuine interest in growing with our company for the long term.
  • Candidates must be able to provide references attesting to their commitment and reliability in previous positions.
