Job Summary
  • Knowledge and ability to apply marketing theory and practice in carrying out a variety of assignments.
  • Produces regularly scheduled reports from the marketing database for various reports
  • Assists in implementing client relations programs and trade shows.
  • Demonstrates the ability to organise, process, and present information, requiring strong communication skills.
  • Maintains a database of project profiles as per RFP Format, prepares technical proposals as directed by Superior.
  • Possesses excellent technical writing skills and Adobe Suite.
  • Ensures that the technical proposals are consistent, coherent and responsive to RFP requirements.
  • Leads pre-qualification submissions Independently and prepares proposal submissions.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and pre-qualification documentation ensuring a professional standard.Co-ordinate the logistics of tender submissions (i.e. typing, printing, compiling, binding, packing).
  • Coordinate proposal process including regular checking on procurement portals such as GeBIZ, Sesami, etc.
  • Maintain Client Information database including regular follow up with the Business Lines on business activities
  • Maintain workable filing system of tender documents.
  • Maintain a standard library of tender documents and Identify opportunities to enhance and improve the quality of the proposals process and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
  • GCE A Level, with a minimum of 3-5 years working experience
  • Possess a flair for communication, both written and verbal
  • Proficient level of English both oral and written
  • Highly organised, meticulous, with an eye for detail
  • Comprehensive range administrative skills and client support services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. A proactive and effective communicator who can relate well to people at all levels
  • Ability to build constructive and effective relationships using diplomacy and tact
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint computer skills
  • Positive thinker with a can do attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Experience in working in Construction bid proposals is required

Preferred Qualifications

GCE A level / Diploma in a related subject is required.
