Looking for Full Time Clinic Assistant

  • Prior Experience preferred.
  • We are a family clinic located in Tampines.
  • Workload is expected to be comfortable and well paced.
  • We don't have TPA, not required to do TPA claims.

  • Pay ranges $2100 to $3000 depending on experience and work hours.
  • Preferably able to work 2 nights (Mon to thurs) and 1 weekend(Sat/Sun). (Nights are 7pm to 9pm) (weekend 830am to 1230pm)

Roster Basis

42 to 45 hours a week

Able to work weekdays, nights and weekends

At least 2 nights and 1 weekend shift

Week day shift hours

830am to 130pm

230pm to 430pm

7pm to 9pm

Sat and Sun shift hours

830am to 1230pm

Duties

  • Registration of patients / attend to enquiries
  • Provide frontline services
  • General administrative duties of the clinic
  • Perform simple triage and take measurements (height and weight BP etc)
  • Dispensing of medications
  • Payment collection
  • Packing of medications and supplies
  • Stock taking / stock ordering
  • Assist the doctor in procedures / chaperone
  • General maintenance of clinic tidiness / cleanliness
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by doctor
  • Chaperone patients during examination
