Technician (ACMV)

Roles & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate would be:

  • Proficient in servicing and maintaining various types and brands of AC systems, including but not limited to DX, VRF/VRV, and AHU systems.
  • Skilled in servicing and maintaining mechanical ventilation systems.
  • Experienced in installing single/multi-split AC systems, including piping works.
  • Capable of conducting troubleshooting tasks and recommending necessary repair works.

Requirements

  • Candidates with demonstrated experience in servicing and maintaining chiller systems and cooling towers are preferred.
  • Possession of a class 2B and/or 3 license, both is desirable
  • Having access to personal transportation is advantageous
  • Able to standby and attend to breakdown calls when necessary, even after office hours
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ACMV/building maintenance
  • Possession of a recognized trade certificate for ACMV or related field
