About the role

Carry-out BMS preventive and maintenance works, Ad-hoc, routine check, diagnose, retrieve raw data, system back-ups & restoration of the BMS database

Responsibilities

As a BMS Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Carry-out BMS monthly preventive and maintenance works, Ad-hoc, routine check, diagnose, retrieve raw data, system back-ups & restoration of the BMS database etc.

  • Record servicing and maintenance data and generate servicing report.

  • Attending to customer services complaint/request and follow up with repair, troubleshooting works.

  • Upgrading/Improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/IVU/Web Control system with the objective of reducing overall building energy consumption

  • Provide technical/operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance the BMS System

  • Perform Weekly standby hotline duty, answer call and attend complaint at site.

  • To maintain good customer relationship and feedback whatever customer needs and comment.​

Requirements

As a BMS Service Technician you must have:

  • Diploma/Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

  • Knowledge of BMS/IVU/Web Control System

  • Have full understanding of Instrumentation HVAC / ACMV control like AHU, VAV, FCU, Chillers, HRU etc.

  • Min 5 years hand on experience with BMS / PLC / HVAC

  • Understand AutoCAD and Electrical drawing
