Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Development Executive, your mandate will be to support the Firm and its Partners in building strong client relationships and in the acquisition of work. You will work closely with the Firm’s Partners and a team of professionals responsible for the Firm’s business development activities, and will report into the Business Development Manager and the Regional Head of Business Development and Marketing.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing compelling proposals, capability statements, reports, presentations and other client-facing collaterals
  • Implementing various aspects of our client care programme, including communications and events
  • Conducting research on clients, industries and market trends
  • Developing and preparing management reports
  • Supporting strategic positioning and messaging for the Firm’s business development initiatives
  • Promoting best-practice business development processes and policies within the Firm

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant business development / sales / marketing experience, ideally in professional services
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in client relationship management, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Strong command of English, enjoys writing reports and other forms of communications
  • A genuine enthusiasm to be a part of a busy team
  • An ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities and deliver on deadlines with high levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Effective interpersonal skills and a team player
  • A proactive, positive and ‘can do’ mind-set
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
