  • Based in Singapore, Central region
  • Mon - Fri, office working hours
  • $3,000 - $4,000


Main responsibilities include but not limited to following:

  • Provide administrative support
  • Perform receptionist duties and attend to guests
  • Coordinating appointments
  • Take part in planning and execution of company events
  • Manager utilization of office staioneries and assets
  • Attend to local/overseas couriers and mails
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Ensure cleanliness and office facilities
  • Perform HR tasks and ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level/ Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
