We are an established Online/ Instore Jewellery company seeking an Admin Assistant (Purchasing) for immediate employment to join our team. Working location at Orchard, 5.5 days.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in the purchasing department, including managing order details, shipments, purchasing, quality checks, and packing orders.
- Manage timelines and optimize costs.
- Update orders and sales transactions daily.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Support sales and customer service.
Requirements:
- Able to communicate effectively with craftsmen and suppliers from Hong Kong and US.
- Handle order details and jewellery items with attention to detail, care, and honesty.
- Solve problems and work within given timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain polite and professional communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

- Expected start date for role: 01 June 2024
- Expected salary: $2,500 - $3,500 per month
