– Research market trends, brand audiences and competitors, and end-to-end customer

– Data analysis and reports including but not limited to competitor benchmarking, campaign CPA/ROI,

and effectiveness Interact, manage, and monitor the performance of external agencies

– Monitor, engage and respond to conversations from various communities on our social media

channels, including addressing customer service situations

– Provide support for influencer management and engagement; ensure that deliverables and timelines

are met.

– Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
