Responsibilities:
- Show a bright and positive personality, delivering excellent customer service as an example
- Act as the department point of contact, providing communication and making decisions for Guest Experience & Ticketing during daily operations and special events
- Provide guidance to team members, ensuring they follow department standards and procedures, including grooming standards. Conduct counseling, coaching, and performance reviews as needed
- Handle escalated guest concerns in a friendly manner, aiming for a win-win resolution for both the guest and the company
- Maintain proper staffing levels, conduct training and cross-training to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure operational efficiency, including managing manpower, training & development, and addressing system/cash/service-related issues promptly
- Assist guests promptly to achieve positive outcomes for both the company and guests

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Candidates with more years of relevant experience but lower qualifications are also welcome to apply
  • Experience in reconciling cash variances and preparing related reports
  • Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays in an outdoor setting with prolonged standing/walking
