Finance Executive

Singapore AEROSPEC SUPPLIES PTE LTD Full time

Location: Taiseng

Working hour: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner using payroll software.
  • Calculate wages, deductions, and withholding taxes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to payroll processing, including tax obligations and reporting requirements.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and provide necessary support and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management review and analysis.
  • Collaborate with HR department to ensure seamless coordination between payroll and employee data.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • In charge of AR, AP, Bank Reconciliation and performing month-end closing activities for one small entity.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and payroll processing.
  • Strong understanding of MOM regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in payroll software/systems (e.g., InfoTech).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software/tools.
