Singapore CAR FLEET AUTO PTE. LTD. Full time

A Sales Admin is responsible for selling cars and vans for personal and commercial use.

Their duties include meeting with customers to discuss their needs, promoting sales offers at their dealership and participating in test drives with interested customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Convert showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate car.
  • Understand the characteristics, capabilities and features of all cars.
  • Provide the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
  • Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
  • Build rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in future.
  • Maintain a customer database and communicate with them.
  • Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
  • Maintain reporting structures and other forms of sales and inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.
  • Assist with the set up of showroom and promotional displays.

Requirements:

  • Car sales experience is optional; training will be provided.
