The Company
The Group is noted for its successful Listed and Private market real estate platforms. As a substantial global investor, it has grown substantially with multi-sector interests comprising traditional and new economy real estate assets. Its appetite for growth remains undimmed whilst, concurrently, it plans to clearly segregate and drive independent branding and communications for its Private Funds arm. To that end, it is building a new marketing and communications team including a requirement to appoint a Senior Executive.
The Position
Located in Singapore whilst operating within a lean team, the appointed individual will enjoy a multifaceted role to support the implementation and execution of brand development, marketing and communication for the Private Funds business. This will include the launch and maintenance of a new website, the crafting of supporting marketing collateral, company and fund positioning across its key global markets whilst raising brand awareness via online / social media channels. The scope will include managing news releases and announcements and similar external announcements whilst aligning these with the brand identity. Ideally, the appointed individual will generate new ideas to rejuvenate and improve marketing collateral and communications programmes whilst championing new tools and applications (such as AI software) to add additional punch.
The Person
Interested candidates will offer a good Degree (Marketing, Communications) and around 3-5 years post-graduate experience gained within a Financial PR agency or from a similar in-house function within a financial institution or PERE firm. Ideally, you will offer prior exposure to collaborating with internationally-located stakeholders whilst offering sound exposure to MS Office suite as well as digital marketing tools and AI marketing software.
