Sales Coordinator

Our Customer:
Our customer is a leading Japanese company specializing in Fluid and Precision Machinery for diverse industries. They are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Singapore.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage, communicate, and organize sales-related tasks with clients
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery orders
- Provide excellent customer service and facilitate communication between internal departments and external clients
- Address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently
- Complete any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Higher Nitec in an Administration discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in general office administration preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of SAP B1 system is a plus
