Responsibilities
• Sales admin support (prepare quotes, DO and invoice to customer)
• Placing orders, coordinating deliveries and replacements of the products
• Attending to clients and taking calls if necessary
• Any adhoc tasks as assigned , stock take, PTW Application, Tool Box MeetingRequirements
• No minimum qualifications
• Meticulous and detail-oriented is a must
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
