Senior Assistant Manager/manager, Group Communications

- Implement communications strategy using the corporate website to enhance NUHS branding.
- Oversee the effectiveness of digital strategies and campaigns.
- Drive web projects with a focus on new user-facing features and web optimization.
- Manage search engine optimization for the corporate website.
- Support various communications projects, events, and activities.
- Lead the NUHS group websites migration project to a new Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) platform.
- Conduct user requirement analysis and acceptance tests for system enhancements.
- Design and develop responsive web pages with engaging content and graphics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for website optimization.
- Maintain SOPs for website maintenance and provide user training and support.
- Generate reports using GA4 for web traffic metrics and performance evaluation.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices.
- Provide guidance on SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Support marketing campaigns and ensure consistency with corporate brand identity.
- Perform administrative and secretariat duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in web development processes and Content Management Systems.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and SEO principles.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with design software and digital tools.
- Good project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for staying updated on web trends.
