Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and oversee the timely processing of transactions in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures.
  • Make decisions within authorized limits for Loans/ Payments and Settlements processing.
  • Lead operations projects, ensuring timely implementation and delivery.
  • Improve operational processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish relevant objectives and KPIs for the operations team.
  • Identify and develop team members for key positions through training and coaching initiatives.
  • Develop, review, and implement procedures, ensuring timely communication and compliance within the team.
  • Send incident reports in a timely manner, following the bank's policy and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • 7-10 years of experience in banking operations
  • Sound working knowledge across Loans/ Payments and Settlements
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations and products, preferably in Manoy Market.
