Roles & Responsibilities

*Request quatation and prices negotiation with suppliers.

*Prepare purchase order, ensure timely delivery and follow through the complete procurement cycle.

*Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries,and other problems.

*Matching of suppliers's invoices with supporting documents such as PO & DO.*Maintain up-to-date prices from suppliers.

*Prepare daily Scheduled

*Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.

*Maintain inventory records and month-end reconciliation.

*Data entry and any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

RequirementsAdministrative experience will be an advantage.Competency in Microsoft Word, ExcelWell organized, attention to detail and accuracy.Pleasant personality/independent/ able to converse in English and Mandarin an advantage.
