  • Support MD / CEO / VP on administrative needs
  • Attend to Visitors and Clients
  • Screening of phone calls and emails for MD
  • Prepare meeting rooms and necessary materials / refreshments if needed.
  • Prepare AGM materials, arrangement of meeting schedule with shareholders and facilitate meeting rooms with refreshments & etc.
  • File documents and tracking of all maintenance / license for MD.
  • Prepare and submit claims for MD.
  • Check and approve claims in system for CEO.
  • Leave approval for CEO.
  • Overseas Travel arrangements
  • Observe business practices and etiquette.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management.
  • Any other duties as assigned by MD/CEO
  • Assist in Procurement
  • Assist in Sales coordination.
  • Working Location: Kaki Bukit , 5 days work week
