Working Hours (Monday - Friday):

School days: 1.30pm-7.00pm

School holidays: 7.30am-1.00pm or 1.00pm-6.30pm

Job Descriptions:

  • Supervise and ensure the safety of children during after-school hours
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, games, and outdoor play.
  • Assist children with homework assignments and provide academic support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's activities, progress, and any concerns.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the after-school program.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to safety, health, and child supervision.
  • Serve as a positive role model for children, demonstrating kindness, respect, and patience at all times
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Permanent part time position, min. probation period 3 months.
  • Min. Olevel certification
  • In-house Training will be provided if without relevant experience.
  • Preferred candidates who can speak English and Mandarin to help students with school spelling.
  • Keen passion to mentor, guide and engage children with dedication and helping them learn and grow.
  • Friendly and cheerful with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
