With a diverse student body representing multiple nationalities, our client fosters a global perspective and equips students with the skills needed to thrive in an interconnected world.

Description

  • Handle all Accounts Payable and General Ledger functions
  • Prepare and reconcile intercompany account balances
  • Prepare monthly and year-end closing schedules
  • Process payments for overseas and local suppliers
  • Prepare journal entries for accruals and other adjustments
  • Report on intercompany balances for monthly and year-end closing
  • Evaluate and improve AP and GL processes
  • Assist in implementing system improvements or process controls
  • Manages year-end statutory audit and liaise with external auditors
  • Liaise with tax agents on annual tax computations
  • Prepare GST filing and submission
  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects as required

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in Netsuite Accounting Software and Microsoft Office would be advantageous
  • Meticulous and possesses excellent time management skill
  • Positive and growth mindset
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
