We are in search of a passionate DevSecOps Assistant Principal Engineer to join our Cyber team, focusing on developing and delivering secure infrastructure and services. As part of the team, you will tackle challenging roles in delivering high-quality and secure enterprise software solutions.

What to expect:
  • Work closely with Product Teams to implement automation for streamlining developer workflows and incorporating security practices into the DevOps process
  • Develop and manage application release management workflows, including custom integrations with existing CI/CD tools
  • Create automated test cases for product testing and ensure comprehensive test coverage
  • Promote modern software engineering practices like code review and security compliance
  • Deploy and oversee monitoring tools for infrastructure performance and application health in data centers
  • Troubleshoot system issues and problem-solve across platform and application domains
  • Take responsibility for end-to-end solutions offered by teams within the organization
  • Implement configuration management systems for business continuity and automate disaster recovery processes
  • Provision development team resources such as virtual machines, databases, and application containers
  • Enhance existing processes, automation, best practices, and documentation
How to succeed:
  • Demonstrate a passion for automation, standardization, and best practices in software development
  • Possess a solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Test Driven Development, and Continuous Integration/Delivery
  • Experience with high availability, high performance, and secure multi-data center systems
  • Proficiency in multiple programming/scripting languages
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work with Agile methodologies
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
  • Self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills and a focus on teamwork
  • Experience in infrastructure design, implementation, and management emphasizing Chef for configuration
  • Familiarity with a range of tools including Jira, Bamboo, Nexus Repo, Bit Bucket, Confluence, Chef Automate, TestComplete, Selenium, etc.
  • Knowledge of RPM file deployment, infrastructure security, and disaster recovery
  • Experience with virtualization and container technologies
  • Understanding of system backup, restore processes, security testing, and secure coding
