  • 44 Hours per week, 8 or 9 hours work per day (Between 10.30am to 10.30pm)
  • Rotating Weekends and public holidays needed
  • 1 month off 6 days of which 2 days are during weekends

Job Scope:

  • To achieve or exceed team and individual sales plan by utilising strategic selling skills to assist customers with purchase
  • Provide premium customer service,product knowledge and expertise to customers
  • Assist in maintaining accurate daily/monthly sales reports
  • Engage in operational tasks daily

Customer Relation Officer

  • 1 year renewal contract with 1 month completion bonus
  • Single shift from 10.30am to 9.30pm
  • Work 4 days per week roster
  • Commit to work 6 public holidays.

Job Scope:

  • Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales.
  • Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales, call centre and online orders.
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
