Job DescriptionTeam
ServiceNow plays a crucial role in serving public sector customers and is dedicated to expanding its reach in this sector. As a key player in providing digital workflows to government agencies, we ensure that our specialized cloud environments meet all necessary data and security regulations. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing the Singapore Government Cloud (SGC) environment, working closely with customers in Singapore and collaborating with our sales team to drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include owning the environment, developing product strategies, staying updated on government regulations, and shaping the product roadmap. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to influence the development of the ServiceNow Platform and SaaS applications to better serve public sector clients. You will also be tasked with leading the product management team in regulated markets in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions, expanding our cloud offerings in these markets.
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, Regulated Markets & Public Sector Industry, you will play a key role in advancing ServiceNow's presence in the public sector.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of B2B Product Management Experience
- Location in or willing to relocate to Singapore
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to dynamic environments
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background preferred
- Experience with public sector customers in APAC and MEA regions
- Platform-type product experience
