  • Assist in Developing and implementing seasonal menu.
  • Ensure the consistency and high quality of all products across the outlets.
  • Responsible for organization and cleanliness of all areas and aspects of the kitchen, food storage areas, including proper rotation of all ingredients to prevent food waste.
  • Ensure continuous supply of pastry to the outlets according to delivery schedule and timely order processing.
  • Minimise the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items
  • Training and development of staff.
  • Ensure all equipment is in full working order, safe to operate and well maintained.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as requested.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in baking pastries and breads.
  • Professional Trade Certificate in pastry is preferred.
  • Creative & Innovative with an eye for detail.
  • Proficient in menu creation
  • Strong Leadership & Communication skills; Able to clearly articulate ideas / thoughts.
  • Independent, resourceful with a positive attitude.
