Sealed Air: Executive Director, Integrated Business Planning

Sealed Air, recognized for delivering innovative packaging solutions worldwide, is looking for an Executive Director of Integrated Business Planning to lead cross-functional teams towards achieving strategic goals efficiently. This key role focuses on optimizing service, cost, and cashflow through effective collaboration and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide information to support decision-making aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive ongoing process improvement for Integrated Business Planning.
  • Ensure organizational adoption of IBP process for optimal resource utilization.
  • Maintain a Class A level of performance in IBP processes.
  • Support continuous education and alignment behind IBP process.
  • Offer analytical support to enhance IBP data quality and reporting.
  • Lead monthly Integrated Reconciliation Process and Management Business Review.
  • Track and report process KPIs for team performance evaluation.
  • Conduct critiques of meetings and assess process annually for improvements.
Required Skills:
  • Strong leadership and executive communication skills.
  • Ability in problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in resolving performance issues fairly and professionally.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and act decisively.
  • Solid operations and financial acumen.
  • Highly organized with excellent planning skills.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading Integrated Business planning in a global, multi-billion-dollar setting.
  • Successful track record in transformational projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-divisional initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
