What the role is:
The Enterprise Risk Management Unit (ERMU) is involved in Risk, Insurance and Assurance activities of JTC.
You will join us as a valuable member of the Corporate Planning Division, which reports to ACEO of Corporate, Policy & Planning Group.
What you will be working on:
An ERM Manager functions as a business partner to end users
You are involved in:
1. Providing risk advisory to support decisions made. You will support project teams / business users in identification of risks and opportunities in their budget proposal papers.
This may include highlighting potential risks / missing risks not considered by business users, including counter-proposing alternate mitigation controls (if needed).
2. Providing insurance advisory to support project / incident management.\xe2\x80\xa2 You may be engaged by project teams to discuss the feasibility of using insurance as a risk transfer mechanism, thereafter, work with corporate insurance brokers on the necessary follow-up.
\xe2\x80\xa2 You may be roped in to assist on incident management. This includes providing operational guidance to business divisions on insurance claims. 3.Providing Corporate Assurance On a routine basis, you may be involved in:
\xe2\x80\xa2 periodic review of JTC\'s ERM framework, methodologies, policies, and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 risk identification at the corporate level to align with JTC\'s mission and long-term priorities. \xe2\x80\xa2 providing secretariat support, including presentations in management level meetings and Audit Risk Committee meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 working with Risk Coordinators to refresh JTC risk register / to report their assigned corporate/ divisional risks, controls and KRIs. On an ad-hoc basis, you may be tasked to \xe2\x80\xa2 conduct/support engagement sessions (including training) SLM, Risk Owners and Coordinators \xe2\x80\xa2 to review processes/ past incidents /audit findings to draw learnings and propose solutions. Relevant trainings will be provided to new joiners.
