About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Management, Consultant to join our team at AIA Singapore Private Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and monitoring key operational risks faced by our company.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing frameworks, policies, and processes to enhance the management of AIAS' operational risks.
  • Supporting the Operational Risk Committee (ORC) in its objective of ensuring that policies, frameworks, and programs are implemented appropriately.
  • Working closely with all departments to identify, evaluate, and monitor key operational risks.
  • Developing programs to foster and sustain an effective risk culture/risk assessment within the organization.
  • Conducting incident investigations and working with various stakeholders to ensure incidents are managed and reported in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing and supporting first-line departments on outsourcing matters, including assessment of outsourcing arrangements and due diligence exercises.
  • Maintaining and supporting risk-related management systems.
  • Supporting and participating in the implementation of risk-related projects/initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 years' experience in insurance or relevant consulting and/or auditing.
  • Excellent and hands-on experience in operational risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools, risk and control assessments.
  • Possesses a strong risk and control management mindset, constantly paying attention to details and having the ability to perform deep-dive investigations.
  • Knowledge/experience in Technology Risk and Information Security Risk would be a plus.
  • Possesses a positive attitude and an excellent teammate who is also able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
