Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Service Crew to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a delightful dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, guide them through our menu, explain hot pot options, and provide recommendations.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
  • Assist guests with cooking instructions and any questions they have about the process.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
  • Working proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with our main clientele.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
