Staff will ensure that the delivered product adheres to all technical specifications and integrates well with existing enterprise ecosystem, working in close interaction with other developers, business analysts and project stake holders

Main responsibilities:
\xc2\xa7 Draft technical design, unit tests, code reviews and detailed system integration documents and any other documents as required during the project lifecycle.
\xc2\xa7 Develop IT Solutions as per project requirements.
\xc2\xa7 Adopt DevOps practises and ensure compliance from all developers under responsibility.
\xc2\xa7 Participate in analysing, resolving and providing L3 technical support for issues escalated to the team.
\xc2\xa7 Maintain Technical Documentation
\xc2\xa7 Elaborate technical specifications, based on functional requirements and high level architecture especially for Loanscape program
\xc2\xa7 Comply with Legal and Regulatory ResponsibilitiesMain duties details:Design IT Solutions

\xc2\xa7 Work with architects, development and run teams to design IT solutions
\xc2\xa7 Assist development team in drafting technical specifications

\xc2\xa7 Guide developer to maintain a high standard code quality and deliveries
\xc2\xa7 Identify and mitigate risks
\xc2\xa7 Ensure the delivered products have gone through testing and quality assuranceAdopt DevOps Practices
\xc2\xa7 Implement DevOps best practices
\xc2\xa7 Release management
\xc2\xa7 Maintain automated CI/CD pipeline
\xc2\xa7 Shorten turnaround time from development to production
\xc2\xa7 Integrate new tools and technologies into CACIB enterprise ecosystemAssist in Maintenance and L3 Support
\xc2\xa7 Help troubleshoot issues with L3 technical support
\xc2\xa7 Analyse enhancement requests as prioritized by business for live applicationsMaintain Technical Documentation
\xc2\xa7 Assist Senior Developers to prepare and maintain technical documents (PAD, GAD, Code Checklist and other standard documents)
\xc2\xa7 Ensure sufficient technical documentations and they are up-to-dateCo-ordinate and communicate with Stakeholders
\xc2\xa7 Coordinate with other technical leads, developers and business analysts as needed to deliver solutions
\xc2\xa7 Coordinate with Information Security, Infrastructure and IT Ops teams
\xc2\xa7 Organize meetings on any technical topics under control as needed
\xc2\xa7 Provide consultancy to managers, developers and other team membersLegal and Regulatory Responsibilities
