Job Scope/Responsibilities
  • Project coordination and management of enhancement works for iShopChangi and other CAG applications.
  • Analysis of user and technical requirements to effectively collaborate with designers and developers.
  • Management of project deliverables' development and deployment with developer teams.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders, business units, and Product Owner to gather business requirements and prioritize Change Requests.
  • Execution of user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and system demonstrations for project stakeholders.
  • Coordination of meetings, conferences, trainings, and project-related events.
  • Collaboration with PMO lead to review processes and enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Involvement in procurement processes and documentation as needed.
  • Ability to provide support for night works during deployments that require system downtime.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic Project and vendor management skills.
  • Good understanding of software development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Functional knowledge of eCommerce is beneficial.
  • Experience with SAP Commerce and Adobe AEM projects is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, communicate proficiently with various stakeholders, and collaborate with vendor, business units, and internal technical teams.
  • Interest in problem-solving through effective brainstorming.
