The Project/Service manager is a highly motivated individual who plays an integral role in the service delivery team, ensuring proactive contract management and direct client interaction. This role demands strong IT experience and versatile knowledge spanning infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies. The appointed individual serves as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, holding ultimate accountability for project financial well-being and overseeing projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper initiation and execution of all assigned projects with seamless handover/takeover processes
  • Plan and execute all essential project procurements efficiently
  • Timely issuance of project billing and invoices
  • Develop and implement maintenance agreements and plans to fulfill client contractual obligations, including preventive maintenance schedules and monthly reports
  • Monitor and supervise all maintenance contracts, delivering top-notch support to clients
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, customers, and internal management
  • Manage scope definition and change control to combat scope creep effectively
  • Elevate discussions on project overrun, scope creep, integration challenges, and resource needs to the NCS management team
  • Collaborate closely with Operations teams to ensure timely resolution of all incidents within the agreed service level agreement (SLA)
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify end-of-life inventory support, address encountered challenges, and propose appropriate alternatives to clients
  • Ensure readiness of respective vendors' support and NCS operations team to accommodate new contracts
  • Deliver clear and professional communications to address customer issues
  • Regularly update project financial forecasts and enhance project margins to align with financial KPIs
  • Follow industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, especially in service management or maintenance capacities
  • Solid grasp of contractual obligations and hands-on experience in crafting maintenance agreements
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with stakeholders, clients, and team members
  • Capability to oversee multiple projects and contracts concurrently while upholding meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and professional handling of escalations
  • Financial proficiency to manage budgets, forecasts, and enhance project margins
