  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Food Hygiene policies.
  • Implement service standards and customer rewards systems.

  • Oversee the store's budget, controlling expenses and food purchasing.
  • Optimize revenue to meet targets.
  • Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and weekly rostering.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, or MS Office.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Flexibility to work a 5 or 6 days alternating work week.
