Job Description:

As an Office Administrator with Accounting Background at Tan Xiang Group, you will play a vital role within our administrative team, contributing to the prosperity of our diverse F&B establishments.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting:
  • Manage financial transactions, such as invoicing and reconciling accounts.
  • Assist in crafting financial reports and budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Supervise office supplies and equipment, maintaining a well-ordered workspace.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries proficiently.
  • Assist in organizing appointments and meetings.
  • Documentation and Filing:
  • Maintain precise and structured filing systems for financial and administrative records.
  • Uphold record-keeping policies and procedures.
  • Communication:
  • Engage with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for efficient communication.
  • Assist in drafting internal and external communications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven background as an Office Administrator with a solid grounding in accounting.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
