Walk-in interviews for shortlisted candidates will take place at the Jobs & Skills Discovery Fest at Bedok Town Square on 25 May 2024, from 10 AM to 8 PM.

Night Shift Allowances:

  • Up to $20 per night shift
  • Variable Incentives
  • AWS + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Station at the entry and exit points of the casino to continuously monitor the pedestal lights system for patron eligibility.
  • Conduct random checks on patrons at exit points.
  • Perform visual checks on foreign customers before casino entry.
  • Greet patrons, conduct visual checks before entry, and swipe membership cards as needed.
  • Maintain customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Compliance teams for security events and trainings.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Possess pleasant and friendly demeanor with respect for all.
  • Available for shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
