We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, you will leverage your expertise to create scalable and efficient solutions that enhance our CRM capabilities.

Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical designs and specifications. Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Implement complex workflows, validation rules, triggers, and automation processes to streamline business operations. Customize Salesforce configurations, including object creation, page layouts, fields, and record types to align with business processes. Develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and web services. Optimize Salesforce performance through code optimization, efficient data modeling, and query optimization techniques. Perform unit testing, system testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing best practices and promoting a collaborative environment. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform issues and bugs, working closely with Salesforce support and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura knowledge is a must, LWC will be additional advantage) Extensive Salesforce experience with exposure to various SFDC clouds Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, and security architecture Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus. Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services (SOAP/REST). Familiarity with Salesforce DX, source control systems (e.g., Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, are highly desirable.
