We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Arch. Specialist to join our team in Singapore, Central Singapore (SG-01), Singapore (SG).

Responsible for Technical deliverables for Global eBanking platform (Front Office & Back Office Applications) for BAU & New Initiatives of Supply Chain IT department.

1. High and low level technical Designs

2. Code reviews, Quality controls, Version controls, security and performance standards

3. Test environments, code build and deployments, CI/CD, Trouble shooting

4. Technical upgrades and migrations roadmap, security vulnerability fixes

Responsibilities
Work with technical delivery manager to secure the technical delivery/solutions with external development team and internal IT teams.Responsible for working with project Management/Business analysis team for high-level solutions analysis and effort estimations.Performing Technical studies and proof of concept (POC)Responsible for working with development team for technical solution/design review and deliveryResponsible for securing code review and release build delivery from development teamResponsible for working with Architecture team for validating application technical architecture/solutions and technology standards.Responsible for working with IT Infrastructure team (Middleware, Unix, Network, Security) for application setup and technical refresh projects.Responsible for managing application version control and DevSecOps practices.Ensure the Bank compliance policies and the CIB ITO APAC standards/practices are strictly followed.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in preferably in Corporate Banking environment in Technical Architecture, design, and technical delivery areas.Hands on experience in Linux, Oracle , WebSphere, Java and J2EE technologies, Web frameworks (Angular, Angular JS)Experience in developing web applications and micro services, Well-versed with integrations and APIs, REST. Design & develop applications with high volume, low latency, high-availability and performance.Experienced in Agile DevSecOps, CI/CD, Gitlab, Dockers, Kubernetes, DevOps Tool chains (Jenkins, Maven, Sonarqube, Docker, Ansible)Knowledge in setup and maintaining applications with virtual infrastructure/cloud computing.Knowledge of key security subjects (SSL/TLS, PKI, Certificates, HSM)Knowledge of technical projects management involving high number of stakeholders and remote teams.Knowledge in Supply Chain Financing/Trade Financing eBanking applications is a definite plus.Familiar with standard formats such as CSV, XML, SWIFT, EDIFACT, ISO20022 & data transformations. Knowledge in Payments (domestic/international) domain is a definite plus.Good team player with great commitment and attitude.Good communication and coordination skill among multiple teams that are cross-cultural and cross-country.Able to work independently as well as in a team to resolve issues and/or identify solutions in a timely manner.Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
