  • Provide ongoing training for security staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular drills and exercises to ensure preparedness for emergencies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and daily activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of security-related events.
  • Manage access control systems, including monitoring and regulating entry and exit points.
  • Implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
  • Act as a point of contact for security-related inquiries.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
  • Develop and update emergency response plans and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education with at least 2 years of relevant security experience
  • Possess valid Security Officer License issued by the Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (PLRD)
  • Licensed security officers with the relevant Progressive Wage Model (PWM) grade may be employed at that grade
  • Standard First Aid with AED certification is preferred
  • Positive work attitude with strong service skill
  • Strong situational and security awareness
  • Able to work rotating schedules including weekends and public holidays
