Singapore, ChangiAbout UsWe are seeking a proactive and versatile Operations Executive to join our team. As a cornerstone of our operations, you will oversee and optimize activities across our office, warehouse, and multiple outlets.

This role demands ensuring seamless daily operations, promptly resolving challenges, effectively managing staff, maintaining superior customer relations, and collaborating closely with departments within our head office.


Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

  • Manage day-to-day operations across office, warehouse, and outlets to uphold company standards2. Problem Solving and

Efficiency Improvement:

  • Identify and promptly address operational challenges that may arise across our operations
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction3. Support Office, Warehouse, and

Outlet Operations:

  • Provide support to office operations during Monday to Friday operational hours
  • Provide support to warehouse operations during Monday to Saturday operational hours
  • Provide support to outlet operations during Monday to Sunday operational hours

4 Team and Customer Management:

  • Guide office, warehouse, and outlet teams in daily tasks and challenges.
  • Manage customer issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency5.

Internal Collaboration and Project Support:

  • Collaborate effectively with HR, Warehouse, Accounts, Admin, and Property Management departments
  • Coordinate activities and resolve crossfunctional issues for streamlined operations
  • Assist senior management in ad hoc tasks,projects, and decisionmaking processesRequirements:
