The OpportunityWe are looking for Patient Service Associates to be the ambassador of the organisation for providing excellent patient service to our patients.
Responsibilities- Assist in the collection of payment for discharging patients- Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stay/charges- Perform discharging procedures for patients- Obtain follow up appointment for Inpatient patients- Help in additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
Requirements- Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff- Strong passion to serve the patients- Willing to work 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
